What never gets published

Your name, email address, and account details are never shown publicly, and never attached to a report. A published report shows only a role title, work city, exit month, and the details you entered about notice period, buyout, paperwork, and dues.

What we collect

An account (email and password, or a login provider) so that one exit equals one report and so moderators can reach you about a submission. The contents of any report you file. If you optionally upload a document for the Verified badge (an ID card, offer letter, relieving letter, or F&F statement), that file is stored privately and reviewed only by a moderator; it is never shown to other users and never published alongside your report.

We also use standard analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand traffic and usage patterns on the site.

Who can see what

Moderators can see the full contents of a pending report, including any proof document uploaded, in order to approve or reject it. Once approved, only the anonymized report is public. We do not sell user data, and we do not share identifying information with the companies being reviewed.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and any reports tied to it by emailing us. We may retain anonymized, aggregated statistics derived from a deleted report where they no longer identify you.
